HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT TICKET
1. If you have a Siren Events account, make sure you are signed in. If you do not have a Siren Events account, you will need to create one to use your Gift Ticket.
2. Go to Tickets & VOD page and select the event listed on your Gift Ticket by clicking the BUY NOW button.
3. Under Order Summary, click 'Enter a promo code'.
4. Enter the 12 digit alpha-numeric code from your Gift Ticket exactly as it appears on your ticket and click 'Apply'. The code is case sensitive and only valid against the Event as listed on your Gift Ticket.
5. Once your code has been successfully applied, your total will show as £0. Add your Customer Details and select 'Save and Continue'. Once saved select 'Place Order' to complete the redemption of your Gift Ticket.
5. Access to the the event will now be added to your account. If the event has already taken place, you will be able watch immediately from either the event page or by selecting the event under WATCH on the menu bar. If event has not taken place, you will be able to watch either live through the Live Stream, or as View on Demand after the event (see our FAQ for how to watch).

Each Gift Tickets can only be redeemed by user, and each Gift Code is only valid for a single use.

Gift Tickets are valid for the duration of the availability of the event. Please check the individual Event Pages for event expiry.

Gift Tickets are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
