Siren Events Ltd was started by Amy in January 2025. The core ethos of all our events is to bring small scale conventions and events to the UK and online, focusing on providing fans with unique and intimate experiences.

Growing up on sci-fi and fantasy, Amy was primed to be a nerd from the start! With over 20 years of going to conventions and comic cons under her belt, Amy has always found the smaller weekend conventions the most enjoyable, and memorable. So it was only natural that when deciding to bring her own events to life, she couldn’t imagine any other kind.

Professionally, Amy spent over a decade in publishing rights, and then in 2020 changed careers into Casting and Production for Commercial Photography, which she still works on outside of Siren Events with a range of clients. Her approach to Photo Ops and the quality of photographer is driven by her work with award winning and in demand art and commercial photographers, to bring you the photos of you and our Guests you’ll cherish.

We are delighted to have opened 2025 with our first Our Flag Means Death convention in April. Behind Our Flag was a virtual convention dedicated to the talented creatives that brought Our Flag Means Death to life, and is now available to watch on demand. Next up is our in person convention, The New Uni-Con! Taking place at the Hilton London Gatwick on 20th - 22nd of June 2025, we have an exciting line up of Guests from the show waiting to meet you.
