To buy a ticket for any of our upcoming events you can visit the Tickets & VOD page here, or through the Menu, or by following the link to tickets on the individual event page.
Once on the Tickets & VOD page, select the BUY NOW button for the upcoming event of your choice, and once payment is made access to the event will be added to your account.
You will be able to watch the event live through the livestream, and will have View on Demand access (where available) after the event is finished.
Once you have selected BUY NOW for your event, under Order Summary, click Enter a promo code.
Enter the discount or coupon code and click Apply.
This will apply your discount.
First, you need to be logged into the account with which you purchased your event ticket. Once logged in, navigate to the event player by either visiting the event page and clicking the WATCH HERE button, or by selecting WATCH on the website menu and then the event.
Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of an event ticket, View on Demand access is included as standard in all of our online event tickets. Your access will remain valid for the duration of the View on Demand availability, and unless notified otherwise you will automatically have access to the VOD, which will available on the same page as the Live Stream.
No! Unless it is otherwise stated, all of our events will be available to rewatch as View on Demand for one calendar year after the event.
For online only events, unless otherwise stated, View on Demand will be available as soon as the event is complete. There may be a brief period (several hours max) of downtime in the week following the event, as we replace the live stream files with the permanent video files.
No, we do not offer refunds for online events. Unless otherwise stated, all our events include View on Demand access, allowing watching of our events after the live stream has finished.
After using an external company for our live stream and video hosting that consistently provided poor service and deleted all data and customer access after we complained, we made the decision to move all streaming and VOD hosting to the Siren Events website. As this was not our original intention, we are working within the framework our website has available.
Making our events and VOD available as a ‘subscription’ allows us to provide the best, and most suitable access for our customers, including:
Purchase confirmation emails
Ability to add additional videos (i.e. with subtitles, or gallery views) for instant customer access
Static playback links
While listed as a subscription (we cannot change this), you will only ever be charged once - on purchase of your ticket (aka the subscription). If at any point we introduce a product or event that has a regular charge, as opposed to a one off ticket fee, this will be announced in advance and made clear on the event and purchase pages.
Yes! Gift Tickets are launching soon, details on how to purchase and how to redeem Gift Tickets will be available on launch.
We have taken Gift Vouchers off sale, as our provider does not allow them to be redeemed against subscriptions. In their place, we are launching Gift Tickets, to allow for the gifting of event tickets or View on Demand access.
